The country purchased four million quintals of wheat and 12.5 million litres of edible oil products aimed at ensuring stable macroeconomy, controlling deflation and stabilizing market price, said Ministry of Finance.

The wheat procurement was made in October and November, according to the ministry.

Among the purchased wheat product, some one million, five thousand and one hundred sixty of it has been entered to the country to prevent price rising, it was noted.

In the same period, the nation has bought the 12.5 million litres of edible oil and is working to import it.

The deflation that was 34.2 % in January has been reduced to 33.0 % in November 2021, as to the ministry.
