Athlete Gemechu Dida and Yalemzerf Yehualaw have won gold medals in men and women 10 km race in the 20st Great Ethiopian Run held on Sunday.


Athlete Getaneh Molla and Boki Diriba also took silver and bronze medals in men race of the 2021 Great Ethiopian Run that has been postponed due to coronavirus pandemic.



Similarly, Athlete Girmawit Gebregziabher and Melknat Zewdu also finished 2nd and 3rd in the women race. 

Africa's largest street race, the Great Ethiopian Run has been held in Addis Ababa for the past 20 years and has become among the world top races in the area involving local and international participants.
