"It is difficult to lead the National Dialogue process into success thus, commissioners are striving in cooperatin with the people to that end," said National Dialogue Commission Media and Communication Expert Yonas Adaye (PhD).

 For Yonas, the National Dialogue that the country percieved as an essential  solution to restore harmony through inclusive and genuine national consultation is well underway discussing with all stakeholders. 

So far, the Commission has discussed with government bodies, political parties, media practitioners, business communities and others of similar kind pertinent stakeholders, he said.

The Commission also conducted document analysis and gathered expertise opinion on other countries' experiences in the area, Yonas added.

It was this year that the National Dialogue Commission was established by the Ethiopian Parliament to facilitate national consultation that has been proposed by politicians and scholars to solve national discords on various historic and political issues.
