Global Television Network of Africa (GTNA) said it has received a 5,000 meter square land in Addis Ababa to the construction of its Head Quarter.
The under-establishment pan-African media also paid 30 million Birr to the construction area.
In addition to receiving the land, the media company also finalized initial stages of establishment with regard to getting license and partnerships, said Girum Chala, Founder and CEO of GTNA.
He expressed that the second phase of organizing the company will be started soon.
The pan-African media which will be mainly broadcasted from Addis Ababa, the seat of AU, will have correspondents in 15 African nations and major international cities such as Beijing, London New York and Washington DC, he stated.
The media targets working on challenges facing Africa and building the good image of the continent when it gets fully operational.
